ขอลบข้อมูล
ส่งคำขอให้ทีมงานตรวจสอบข้อมูลบัญชี การจอง และเครดิตของคุณ แล้วดูรหัสติดตามและคำตอบได้ที่หน้านี้
วิธีส่งคำขอ
- เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีเดิมที่ใช้กับ Thai Chokdee
- กด “ส่งคำขอลบข้อมูลของบัญชีนี้” ด้านล่าง
- เก็บรหัสคำขอและกลับมาตรวจสถานะหรือคำตอบของทีมงาน
การส่งคำขอไม่ได้ลบข้อมูล ยกเลิกการจอง คืนเงิน หรือล้างเครดิตทันที ทีมงานต้องตรวจสอบเจ้าของบัญชี รายการค้าง และข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต้องเก็บตามหน้าที่ทางกฎหมายหรือข้อพิพาทก่อน แล้วแจ้งผลและเหตุผลให้คุณทราบ
เราจะตอบคำขอโดยไม่ชักช้า โดยทั่วไปภายในหนึ่งเดือน หากคำขอซับซ้อนและจำเป็นต้องใช้เวลาเพิ่ม ทีมงานจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้ทราบ
หากต้องการนำแอปออกจาก Facebook
เปิด Facebook ไปที่การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า → แอปและเว็บไซต์ → เลือก Thai Chokdee → นำออก ชื่อเมนูอาจต่างตามภาษาและเวอร์ชัน
ขั้นตอนนี้หยุดการเชื่อมต่อใน Facebook แต่ไม่ลบข้อมูลที่ร้านเก็บไว้แล้วโดยอัตโนมัติ หากต้องการออกจากบัญชีร้านทันที ให้กดออกจากระบบที่หน้าร้านด้วย หากต้องการให้ร้านพิจารณาลบ ให้ส่งคำขอด้านล่างหรือติดต่อผู้ดูแล

Ask staff to review data for your Thai Chokdee account, bookings and credit. Your tracking reference and staff response appear on this page.
How to submit
- Sign in using the same account you used with Thai Chokdee.
- Choose “Request deletion for this account” below.
- Keep the reference and return here to check the status and staff response.
A request does not immediately erase data, cancel bookings, refund payments or clear credit. Staff first review account ownership, open items and records needed for applicable legal duties or disputes, then explain the outcome and any retention.
We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If a complex request requires more time, staff will explain the reason.
Removing the app from Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Thai Chokdee → Remove. Menu names may differ by language and version.
This stops the Facebook connection. It does not automatically delete data the shop already holds. To end your shop session now, also sign out on the shop page. Use the request below or contact the controller to ask us to review deletion.
