ข้อมูลที่ใช้

คุกกี้และระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

Data we use

• Account: the name and account identifier supplied by the sign-in provider. Facebook Login uses your app-scoped Facebook user ID and public-profile name. We do not request your Facebook email or password.
• Contact: the name and phone number you provide; email when supplied by the relevant account provider or when you email us.
• Bookings: item details and photos, numbers, quantities, prices, dates, status, contact details, payment preferences and dates, staff notes, and payment-receipt records entered in the system.
• Credit: balances, reservations, use, releases and credit earned.
• Staff accounts: username and a salted password hash (PBKDF2) for authentication. Staff passwords are not stored as readable text.
• Security: hashed session and sign-in-flow identifiers, staff activity records, and technical data needed to prevent misuse. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and network-request data.
• Data requests: request reference, status, dates and staff response.

This system does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Facebook access tokens are not retained as durable sessions.

Purposes and grounds

We use data to sign you in, manage and track bookings, contact you about items, record payments and credit, provide support, and handle data requests. Account and booking processing is necessary to provide the service you request. Security records support the legitimate interest of protecting accounts and preventing misuse. Relevant records may also be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.

No advertising or marketing-behaviour analytics system is installed in this application.

Service providers

Meta/Facebook verifies your identity when you choose Facebook Login. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure provide the website, database and file storage. Legacy ChatGPT accounts used OpenAI authentication. These providers may process data in other countries, including outside the EU, under their systems and terms. We do not claim that all data is hosted within the EU.

Cookies and retention

The necessary HttpOnly Facebook session cookie lasts up to 12 hours. A one-time sign-in flow lasts 10 minutes, and the CSRF protection cookie lasts 8 hours. Expired credentials no longer authenticate and are cleaned during sign-in maintenance. Staff sessions use an HttpOnly cookie lasting up to 12 hours, with hashed session identifiers stored on the server. Existing legacy ChatGPT sessions are managed separately by that provider.

A language preference saved in your browser remains until you clear site data or change it. It is not used to store passwords or card data.

Account, booking, receipt, credit and audit records are kept for as long as needed for service, open items, disputes and applicable legal duties. For a request, staff assess which data can be removed and explain any records that need to remain. We do not promise immediate removal of all financial records.

Your data requests

You can contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or a copy of your data, as applicable. We may need to verify account ownership first. You can also contact Sweden’s data-protection authority, IMY, about a privacy concern.

Request deletion / view status

Removing the app in Facebook stops its Facebook connection. It does not automatically delete records already held by the shop.
